Upon receiving my Doctorate of Chiropractic, in the spring of 1994, from Northwestern Health Sciences University I always planned to open Align-Mindt Chiropractic in Bismarck. I have truly been privileged to care for all the patients throughout the Bismarck, Mandan, and surrounding communities for more than 30 years.

My passion has always been to help patients recover from auto, workplace, and everyday injuries quickly and by reducing healing times. Every patient receives a thorough examination, accurate diagnosis, and an individualized treatment plan designed to restore function, relieve pain, and promote long-term healing.

By combining spinal decompression therapy with precise chiropractic adjustments, muscular therapies, and neurologic care, our goal is to reduce pain, restore function, and help patients return to the work, activities, and lifestyle they enjoy.

Growing up in a chiropractic family, I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the positive impact that quality chiropractic care can have on people's lives. Seeing my father help patients regain their health and return to the activities they love inspired me to follow the same path.

In 2026, I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. the same university where my father began his career more than three decades ago. Returning home to North Dakota to join Align-Mindt Chiropractic is both an exciting opportunity and a privilege, allowing me to continue serving the community that has trusted our family for generations.

My approach to patient care combines evidence-based chiropractic techniques with personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. I specialize in chiropractic adjustments, neuromuscular therapies, and spinal decompression, with the goal of restoring proper movement, reducing pain, and improving overall function. Whether a patient is recovering from an auto accident, workplace injury, sports injury, or dealing with chronic pain, I am committed to helping them recover as efficiently and safely as possible.

I believe the best results come from treating the underlying cause of a problem, not just the symptoms. My goal is to educate patients, empower them throughout their recovery, and help them return to work, recreation, and everyday life feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident.

I am honored to continue the legacy my father established while bringing the latest chiropractic knowledge and techniques to our practice.
